Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To provide the best experience for every guest and to respect reserved appointment times, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 24+ hours' notice: No cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours' notice: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No-shows: Guests who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will also be charged the $50 no-show fee. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving 10 minutes or more late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next guest. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply. Thank you for understanding that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
