To provide the highest level of personalized service, we require a valid credit card to be securely kept on file when booking your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation policy applies. Credit Card on File A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card information is securely stored and will only be used in accordance with this policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment: A $150 late cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled guests. If your appointment cannot be accommodated, the $150 late cancellation fee may apply. Why We Have This Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that time to another client seeking services. This policy helps us provide exceptional service while respecting the time of all our guests.
